SMS Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Rijuven Corporation handles information for the Rijuven / Clinic In A Bag nonmarketing patient text-notification program. It supplements the general Rijuven Privacy Policy for this SMS program.
Information used for the program
Program records include your mobile number, patient and clinic linkage, consent or withdrawal, the authenticated staff recorder, date and time, disclosure version and relevant message-submission and opt-out audit information. Authorized clinic staff record your choice during registration or patient-information review. This page does not collect a phone number or access your patient chart.
How we use this information
We use program information to document your choices, send the nonmarketing notifications you authorize, manage communication preferences, enforce opt-outs and maintain security and operational records.
SMS consent and marketing sharing
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as necessary to support message delivery, security and recordkeeping for this program. These SMS-specific restrictions do not authorize unrelated disclosure of patient information.
Storage and your choices
Consent, withdrawal, suppression and message-submission records are retained to document your choices and prevent unwanted or duplicate messages. They are not published on these public pages. You may decline at intake, ask your clinic to record withdrawal, or reply STOP to stop messages. For questions about your information, contact info@rijuven.com.
Privacy on your phone
SMS may be visible to others with access to your phone and is not a substitute for a protected clinical communication channel. Do not send sensitive medical details by text; use your care team's usual care channel.
See the SMS Terms for program participation, charges and support.
