SMS Terms

Updated October 24, 2026

Program and sender

Rijuven Corporation, operating the Rijuven / Clinic In A Bag messaging program, offers nonmarketing text notifications about appointments, prescription status and care-team updates. Message frequency varies with your care and use of the program.

Optional consent during care

SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of receiving care. Your nurse or other authorized clinic staff asks for permission during registration or patient-information review and records your affirmative choice. Providing a phone number alone does not give SMS consent. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. This page is informational and does not enroll you.

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out of messages or HELP for help. You may also ask your clinic to record a withdrawal or contact info@rijuven.com. A START reply alone does not restore clinic consent in this program; contact your clinic to discuss re-enrollment.

Keep your information current

Tell your clinic when your mobile number or permission to use it changes. A new number requires a new consent review. Consent does not enroll you in marketing or promotional messages.

Not an emergency service

Do not use SMS for emergencies or send sensitive medical details by text. Contact your care team through its usual care channel. For an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
